Chris has extensive experience with facility operations, including the operation and compliance of a 1 MGD industrial wastewater treatment facility. He also served as Director of Water Resources for a Pennsylvania municipality, providing oversight, reliability, and productivity in all divisions of the water and wastewater/stormwater systems. As Director of Operations and Product Development at Earthcare Solutions, Chris provides consultation on the design and engineering phase of facility development and the start-up and commissioning of facility operations, including environmental and safety compliance. Chris also provides daily oversight on the operations at Earthcare’s Bethel, PA facility. This dual-module organics carbonization facility will have the capacity to process nearly 70,000 wet tons of municipal biosolids annually in addition to egg layer manures from local resources. In this role, Chris leads quality control processes for Earthcare’s Ecochar™ end-use biochar products for specific agronomic and remediation applications following globally recognized International Biochar Initiative (“IBI”) Biochar Standards and spearheads product development and R&D in connection with customer-specific biochar applications. Chris is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University Capital College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering.
