Josh is an accounting and finance professional who started his career in public accounting as a Tax Manager and Valuation Manager with a regional CPA firm. He has also worked as an independent accounting & finance consultant with a large multi-disciplinary financial services firm. During his tenure in public accounting, his client base focused on architectural and engineering firms, manufacturing companies, and financial services firms. He led engagements providing individual, partnership and corporate tax planning and compliance services, multi-state income tax compliance services and federal and state income tax credit utilization studies. He has overseen business valuation studies for estate and gift taxation reporting, litigation, shareholder dispute resolution, internal ownership transition and external merger and acquisition purposes. He graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State, and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Josh is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
As Earthcare Solutions, LLC’s Director of Finance, Josh brings his tax, finance and valuation experience and is directly responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
