Earthcare’s gasification technology was designed, installed and commissioned at this six million bird egg laying facility in the fall of 2018. Working with Mavitec Environmental, our international partner, this single-module system has been staffed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is currently drying between 125 and 175 tons per day of egg layer manure (approximately 70% moisture content). The system has been producing between 12 and 15 tons of biochar (Echochar™) per day and has even greater capacity.
