Earthcare Solutions’ Sean Sweeney Serves as Panelist at Chesapeake Bay Program’s (CBP) Scientific & Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) 2-Day Workshop

May 25, 2023: Earthcare Solutions’ Sean Sweeney, P.E. participated in the panel Emerging & Toxic Contaminants (ETC) Work Group at the two-day Using Carbon to Achieve Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Goals & Climate Resiliency – STAC Workshop on May 25th and 26th at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the workshop was to bring together leading experts to elevate the use of biochar in practice by evaluating and translating current research for integration into current Chesapeake Bay protocols. The Chesapeake Bay Program’s (CBP) Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) (https://www.chesapeake.org/stac/) has worked to enhance scientific communication and outreach throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed and beyond.
