Adam Ferrif, CPA

Adam, a seasoned financial expert with 25+ years in the food industry and private equity groups, serves as Earthcare Solutions' CFO. His broad expertise shapes strategic and project-specific financial operations, encompassing public and private funding options. A Chartered Accountant and CPA, Adam's acumen drives business growth.

Sean C. Sweeney, P.E.

Sean provides 20+ years of engineering expertise in waste and energy systems. He serves as Earthcare Solutions' Director of Operations and Business Development. His expertise ranges from designing and implementing alternative energy systems to water and wastewater treatment facilities, driving tailored, resilient waste solutions.

With a distinguished career spanning public accounting, consulting, and financial leadership roles, Rich channels his vast tax, finance, and valuation expertise into his role as Earthcare Solutions' Director of Finance. Chris brings more than 20 years of operations experience to the Earthcare Solutions team. His vast background makes him perfectly suited to assist with facility design and engineering, daily operations management, and compliance requirements.

Daniel Kusky, PMP

Dan leverages his expertise in heavy civil construction in his role at Earthcare's carbonization facilities. His leadership ensures precision in facility development, supporting Earthcare’s mission to advance carbon sequestration and sustainable waste management technologies.

Director of Feedstock Procurement

Nelson Widell

With over 40 years of experience in organics processing and project development across North America and abroad, Nelson has led initiatives in composting, waste-to-energy conversion, and environmental innovation. A founding member of the U.S. Composting Council, his expertise spans technology licensing, facility design, permitting, marketing, and public outreach, pioneering sustainable solutions for large-scale composting and renewable energy systems.
