Adam Ferrif, CPA

Adam, a seasoned financial expert with 25+ years in the food industry and private equity groups, serves as Earthcare Solutions' CFO. His broad expertise shapes strategic and project-specific financial operations, encompassing public and private funding options. A Chartered Accountant and CPA, Adam's acumen drives business growth.

Sean C. Sweeney, P.E.

Sean provides 20+ years of engineering expertise in waste and energy systems. He serves as Earthcare Solutions' Director of Operations and Business Development. His expertise ranges from designing and implementing alternative energy systems to water and wastewater treatment facilities, driving tailored, resilient waste solutions.

With a distinguished career spanning public accounting, consulting, and financial leadership roles, Rich channels his vast tax, finance, and valuation expertise into his role as Earthcare Solutions' Vice President of Finance. Specializing in tax incentives and business valuations, he guides the company's financial operations.

Chris brings more than 20 years of operations experience to the Earthcare Solutions team. His vast background makes him perfectly suited to assist with facility design and engineering, daily operations management, and compliance requirements.

Joshua T. Jasewicz, CPA, CVA

Josh brings extensive tax, finance, and valuation expertise to his role as Earthcare Solutions’ Director of Finance. As a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst, he has led income tax and business valuation engagements in the engineering, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Josh manages Earthcare’s daily financial operations, leveraging his public accounting and consulting experience to drive the company’s growth.
